Terms and Conditions

The terms governing your use of Disaster Logic, property-service requests, referrals, business connections, and related services.

Effective September 10, 2026

Last updated September 10, 2026

Please read these terms carefully.

By using Disaster Logic or submitting a request or referral, you agree to the terms below.

01.

About Disaster Logic

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DisasterLogic.com, its forms, referral programs, communications, and related services made available by Disaster Logic (“Disaster Logic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the website or submit information through it.

Disaster Logic provides technology, referral coordination, intake, communication, and business-connection services for property-service needs. Depending on location, availability, and the request, we may help connect customers, referral partners, service professionals, and service companies involved in restoration, plumbing, water extraction, mold remediation, roofing, reconstruction, drainage, cleanup, repairs, and related services.

We do not guarantee provider availability, referral acceptance, work completion, response time, or any particular result.

02.

No emergency services

Emergency notice

If there is an immediate threat to life, health, safety, or property, contact 911, your fire department, utility provider, or another appropriate emergency authority.

Disaster Logic is not an emergency response agency, public safety service, fire department, law-enforcement service, medical provider, utility company, or insurance carrier. A website submission does not create an emergency-service request and should not be relied upon when immediate intervention is required.

03.

Property-service requests

Customers may submit contact details, property location, issue type, urgency, observations, notes, photographs, and other relevant information. By submitting a request, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to request help for the property.

You authorize Disaster Logic to contact you and to share relevant request information with participating service businesses when reasonably necessary to evaluate or respond to the request.

Submission does not guarantee provider availability, pricing, inspection, insurance coverage, service acceptance, or completion. Any scope, schedule, price, warranty, authorization, or contract must be agreed directly with the business performing the work.

04.

Service providers and business connections

Property services may be performed by independent participating businesses. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, independent providers are not employees or agents of Disaster Logic.

Providers are responsible for their licenses, insurance, estimates, contracts, professional judgments, employees, subcontractors, equipment, materials, legal compliance, safety, performance, and warranties. Customers should independently review a provider and its agreement before approving work.

05.

Referral program

Eligible individuals and businesses may refer customers or property-service opportunities. Participation may be subject to additional workspace rules, written agreements, eligibility conditions, geographic limitations, and service-specific requirements.

Referral reward notice

Referral eligibility, availability, value, approval, and payment timing may vary. Submitting a referral does not guarantee a reward.

A reward may be available only when the referral was submitted through an approved method, was accurate and authorized, was not previously known or duplicated, was accepted, satisfied applicable program terms, and resulted in eligible completed work.

You may not submit fabricated, misleading, unauthorized, duplicate, manipulated, or fraudulent referrals; misrepresent your relationship with Disaster Logic; promise a particular provider, outcome, reward, or insurance result; or use unlawful spam or solicitation.

Disaster Logic may investigate, reject, suspend, reverse, or disqualify a referral or reward when it reasonably believes the referral is invalid, duplicated, unauthorized, misleading, fraudulent, or inconsistent with applicable terms.

06.

Referral payments and taxes

Qualifying payments may require verification, identity or business information, tax documentation, minimum thresholds, and compliance with applicable law. Referral partners are responsible for their own tax, reporting, licensing, employment, and business obligations.

Payment may be withheld, delayed, or declined when information is incomplete, eligibility is disputed, fraud is suspected, or payment would violate applicable law or program terms.

07.

Insurance and claims information

Disaster Logic is not an insurance company, insurance adjuster, public adjuster, law firm, or financial adviser. Website information is general and does not guarantee coverage, claim approval, reimbursement, or a particular result.

Customers remain responsible for reviewing their policies and communicating with their insurer, adjuster, attorney, or another qualified adviser.

08.

Communications

When you provide contact information, you authorize Disaster Logic to contact you about your inquiry, request, referral, partnership interest, business connection, or support matter by email, telephone, or text message. Marketing, if offered, may require separate consent and will include applicable opt-out choices. Message and data rates may apply.

09.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not use the website illegally, submit another person’s information without authorization, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape or commercially exploit content, impersonate another party, or interfere with website security or referral attribution.

The Disaster Logic name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, and workflows are owned by or licensed to Disaster Logic. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

10.

Third-party services and website availability

The website may link to independent providers, platforms, analytics tools, and other third parties governed by their own terms and policies. Disaster Logic is not responsible for their availability, privacy, security, content, conduct, products, or services.

We may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any website feature, referral program, network, or service offering. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universally available operation.

11.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. It does not replace an on-site inspection, emergency response, legal advice, engineering advice, insurance advice, environmental testing, or another qualified professional service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Disaster Logic and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages related to website use, a service request, provider conduct, property damage, referral eligibility, lost opportunities, data loss, or third-party services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12.

Privacy and changes

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms when our website, services, referral program, technology, relationships, or legal obligations change. The revised date will appear at the top of this page.

13.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled in courts located in [COUNTY AND STATE], unless another process is required by law or a separate agreement.
